The word acai is becoming more well known each and every day. Every day the word spreads and more people hear about it. Acai berry juice has some fantastic benefits that have increased its popularity worldwide. However, many people do not know of the hidden secrets of the acai berry.
Acai berries have been known for generations by certain tribes in Brazil. It has been harvested and used by tribes all over Brazil for centuries. It is only recently that the acai berry has become known outside of Brazil and that the benefits enjoyed by the Amazon tribes have great portential uses for all people around the world.
People familiar with the acai berry’s benefits know most of the basics. It boosts energy and maintains stamina. It’s also been proven to have Viagra-like effects. The many antioxidants it contains help to improve mental functions, digestion, circulatory and cardiovascular systems as well as supplying all the essential vitamins. However, most people are already aware of these benefits. It’s the ones that are not as well known that most people have a hard time understanding and therefore they’re considered ‘hidden’ secrets of the acai.
The first and foremost important factor in the acai berry is the phytochemicals. They’re the chemicals that allow certain fruits and plants to survive in even the most harsh environments, bad climate or even insect infestations. These compounds are the ones that, when consumed by humans, provide all the protection of the antioxidants. The antioxidants found in the acai because of the phytochemicals it contains. Studies are also showing that due to this inclusion of antioxidants, the acai berry seems to have cancer fighting properties. In addition, it has been proven to improve anti-aging and heart disease.
Anthocyanins are the most potent of the antioxidants found in acai. One of the more popular examples for them is the “French Paradox”. Their unhealthy lifestyles including high fat diets and consuming lots of alcohol, mostly red wine, is matched against a lower death rate for cardiovascular disease than most other people in the world today. The red wine that they drink is the main reason for this. Wine is made from grapes that contain anthocyanins which are strong antioxidants. This appears to have an effect on their fatty diet and smoking habits. It has also been proven to arrest, revesrse and reduce the ailments of those suffering from age related illnesses. Anthocyanins have a unique chemical structure that makes it as much as 8 times more potent than Vitamin C. That is, though, in a glass of red wine. In a volume to volume comparison, acai contains 3.5 the amount of anthocyanins than wine. The main protective properties of anthocyanins are collagen and reducing inflammation. They neutralize enzymes that damage connective tissue. They also repair damaged proteins in the blood vessel walls.
Among many other helpful properties that anthocyanins contain, such as protecting against neurological diseases, being a powerhouse against arteriosclerosis, fighting diabetes and so much more, it is definitely one of the most potent chemicals found in acai berries. Combined with the phytochemicals, these two ‘hidden secrets’ of the acai berry makes it one of the best superfoods now available.

Still in my trial period. Been taking the pills for a few days now. I notice a change in my body. Like it’s reorganizing or something. It did make my stomach feel a bit upset at first, but it seems to clear out now. I’m curious how i’ll feel at the end of the trial. If i lost weight and gained energy i will stay subscribed.

I used ACAI Berry I saw advertised. The ACAI Berry pills made me feel awesome and I had loads of energy (I am very sensitive to drugs). I only took half of the recommended amount – Just 1 pill in the morning kept me pumped all day. I only got enough pills for 50 days. I changed my diet to a body building diet, ate 5 healthy meals a day and followed a workout program to get a six pack from youtube. I got my six pack and put on some muscle. The pills have run out now and I want more. I want to be even bigger…its hard to know when to stop with body building.
